How do I determine my size?
To determine your size, we recommend referring to our size chart, which can be found on each product page. The size chart provides measurements for different body parts, such as bust, waist, hips, and length. Please measure yourself with a measuring tape and compare your measurements with the size chart to find the best fit.
What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition with tags and packaging. For more details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy page.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been prepared, packed, or shipped, it may no longer be canceled or modified.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use the tracking information to check the delivery status of your package.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we currently ship to the continental United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or international destinations outside the United States.
